I’m Kaila Stobo

Being deeply rooted into the Grande Prairie area, I currently live in the city, with my husband and our two rescue dogs Remmi & Ellie! For myself, having lived here in Grande Prairie since a young age, I believe this youthful and growing Grande Prairie community has a lot to love! Grande Prairie is a vibrant regional hub with something for everyone, and that alone is why you should explore it yourself! Whether you’ve been in Grande Prairie for years, or are new to the area, it would be my pleasure to show you what Grande Prairie has to offer; the growing communities, family oriented events and locations, and all the fun to be had.

I’m Farren Smith

Thank you for taking the time to read about me and how I have come to your mind when thinking about your real estate dreams. It all started off being born & raised in the Grande Prairie Area. I have had the opportunity to build a love for the city & area and I know it will be my forever home. 

I get to enjoy each and everyday with my Husband Duncan and my very important fur baby – Cali. We enjoy spending our time down time at our favourite river spot on the Redwillow River or river boating on the Wapiti river with our friends & family. If you can’t find us at the river during our summer months you will find us on a sandy beach somewhere around the world. 

I chose to pursue my passion for Real Estate in 2013 when I started working as an unlicensed assistant in the industry. I dedicated all of my time to the business and the brand. I was young and slightly nervous at the time of branching out onto my own after working and learning under someone else I looked up to for many years. Between my mentor and myself I knew it was just a matter of spreading my wings to fly. I would not back down, I did not have a single doubt in my mind that I wasn’t going to succeed in this business –  my desire to help grow the community that built me gives me the drive to succeed as young, professional entrepreneur.

My favourite part about this business is being able to share this place I call home with so many people.
